Customer Survey Results
Thanks to everyone that took part in our customer satisfaction survey at the end of 2017. We received more responses than we have ever had before and we really appreciate each of you taking the time to tell us what we are doing well and what we can do better.
The results were very informative; there are lots of things you do love with the online portal and dedicated accountant coming out on top for most of you. Of course there were a few things you would like us to change which is why we do these surveys; to find out where we can improve.
